Jason Momoa is "finally" fulfilling his DC Comics dream of playing Lobo, and studio co-head James Gunn is happy to give waiting fans a proper look at the character in a brand-new teaser. Gunn dropped the video on Friday,

James Gunn has shared footage of Jason Momoa as antihero Lobo in “Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow.” In a video posted to Instagram on Friday, Momoa is seen stepping out of his film trailer wearing fangs.

This is the second time Lobo has been portrayed in live-action, with Emmett Scanlan previously playing him in the TV show Krypton. Needless to say, though, that Supergirl will be many people’s first exposure to Lobo,

Jason Momoa is set to play Lobo in the upcoming Supergirl film, and DC Studios just released a new teaser with a first look at the character.
